Approval according to Part 145

HLS LLC is service company specialized in maintenance and repair of turboprop aircraft Piper Meridian and piston aircraft such as Cirrus, Piper, Cessna, Socata, Daher TBM and Zlin.

HLS LLC is a holder of Part 145 approval which means that, comparing with another service organizations, HLS LLC meets the highest requirements for quality of provided services.

Approval according to Part 145 allows services to privately and commercially operated aircraft and also services to aircraft operated as Air-carriers  (Holders of AOC). Compliance with all approved work procedures and regulations is in HLS LLC audited several times a year by internal and external auditors.

Personnel

Technical maintenance personnel is highly qualified and has many years of complex experience in maintenance of above named aircraft. Its knowledge level is improved by regular education. Administrative preparation and management of Company operation is done by university educated specialist who graduated in Aeronautical Engineering. Activities above standard maintenance

• Application of stickers (emblems, registration numbers, flags, esthetics, etc.
• Aircraft weighting on precise aircraft scales including Weight and Balance protocol.

Spare parts

All installed spare parts and components are ordered from authorized dealers or directly from manufacturers of those parts. Thanks to language flexibility HLS LLC is ordering spare parts not only in Europe but also in the U.S., Canada and other countries,  keeping delivery time to minimum.

Maintenance documents

Each individual Maintenance Order is followed in HLS LLC by documents which originals or copies are handed over to customer as part of Maintenance Order when it is finished. It guaranties possible follow-ups of completed maintenance and documentation of the installation of the approved parts.
